Ms YIM Jisook is a popular and accomplished florist in Seoul, Korea. She is the owner of Saison Fleurie flower studio and Monday Flower florist. An engineer by training, she has achieved Advanced Technical Diploma in Floristry in UK and is currently reading Masters in Environmental Horticulture at University of Seoul. She is best known for her minimalistic and elegant wedding floral decorations. She is also the Principal Florist for all floral decorations for weddings at Shilla Hotel, Seoul.
Jisook received her professional training in London and has worked at and mentored under notable international florists such as Moyses Stevens, Jane Packer and Paula Pryke. In 2006, she returned from London after 5 years and headed the setup of Paula Pryke Flowers in Seoul at Hotel Shilla. In 2007 she decided to strike out on her own and started Saison Fleurie flower studio. In 2016, to meet the needs of a diversifying market, she set up Monday Flowers florist.
In 2016, Jisook hosted a series of workshops in Seoul with renowned florists from Europe, namely Robbie Honey, Paula Pryke, Shane Connolly and Ercole Moroni. Jisook is influential and her ability to bring the biggest names from Europe to Seoul is testament to her standing as an international florist. Since 2016, she has organised dedicated workshops with Shane Connolly in London and Ercole Moroni in Italy, leading florists from Korea on overseas learning journeys.
Saison Fleurie is an established goto florist and has collaborated with many international brands including: Nespresso, De Beers, Gucci, Fendi, Rolls Royce, Breguet, Omega, Dkny, Marc Jacobs, Moschino, Gherardini, Michael Kors, Leon Hatot, Haute, Shisheido, Metrocity, Nivea , Somersby, Avent, 10Corso Como, Richo, Johnnie Walker, Philip Morris, Switzerland Tourism Korea, Shinhan Bank, SK Networks, LG Electronics, Cine De Chef, Amore Pacific, Hyundai, Kia, Walkerhill, JW Marriott.
